Terms of Use
Your use of Cardano Royale: Hold'em (the "App"), published by Immersive Kinetics LLC, is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with the additional terms below. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Play credit, not money
- Club Credit, chips, buy-ins and pots are play credit with no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or anything of value, transferred between players or accounts, or sold. Winning or losing a hand changes your play credit only.
- The App is a simulation of poker for entertainment. It is not gambling, offers no prizes and is not a way to win money. It is rated for adults; you must be old enough to use it under Apple's rating and the laws where you live.
- Nothing you can buy changes the cards, the odds or how the house regulars play.
Purchases
- Chip packs are consumable: each is delivered once to the device's play credit when the purchase completes and is used up when spent. "Buy the House a Round" is a tip to the developer: it delivers no chips and changes nothing in the game. Felts, looks, swag and the Bespoke Tailor are non-consumable rights that can be restored through the Member Shop with the Apple Account that bought them; your chosen looks, chip balance and earned trophies are not purchases and are not restored by Apple.
- Prices are shown in the App before purchase in your local currency, and payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Play credit and cosmetics are licensed to you for use in the App only and are stored on the device you play on; they do not sync between devices.
Multiplayer tables
- Tables run over Apple's Game Center on the players' own devices; one player's device hosts the table and settles each seat. Your buy-in is reserved when you accept a table's terms. A buy-in that never reached a seat (an offer cancelled, expired or withdrawn before the deal) is returned by a cancellation receipt; a seated buy-in is settled for its stack at the end of a hand, by a receipt from that table, including when a player leaves, is stood up by the host or loses the connection.
- Credit from an unfinished table stays held on your device until a receipt from that table settles it. Receipts come only from the device that hosted the table and depend on its saved records: there is no host migration and no recovery on another device, and we cannot settle a table for you because no record of play exists anywhere but on the players' devices. RECONNECT on the title screen collects a receipt while the host is at the table; a host's own interrupted table is settled from its saved state with SETTLE INTERRUPTED TABLE.
- You are responsible for the Game Center name you show at the table and for your conduct there. A host may decline a knock, stand a player up at a hand boundary or close the table.
- Multiplayer needs a working Game Center sign-in and a compatible version of the App on every device at the table. We may change table rules, the shop and the play-credit economy in future versions.
