Privacy Policy
The short version: the App collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and the App does not connect to any server of ours. Your progress stays on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to email us.
This policy explains how CitadelVanguard: Tower Defense (the "App"), published by Immersive Kinetics LLC ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the App on iPhone and iPad.
Information we collect
None through the App. It does not ask you to create an account, does not include third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs, and never transmits game data to us or to any third party. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and what you write; we use it only to handle your request and delete it when your case is closed, or sooner if you ask.
Information stored on your device
Your campaign progress, stars, crowns, crystals, hero levels, upgrades and settings are saved locally on your device. The App does not sync them to any server and we cannot access them. Like other app data, they may be included in your device backups (for example iCloud Backup), which are handled by Apple. Deleting the App deletes this data from your device.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details. The App receives only Apple's confirmation that a purchase succeeded (the product and a transaction identifier) and uses it on your device to deliver the item. Apple's handling of payment information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Tracking
The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not access the advertising identifier.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App collects no personal information at all.
Your choices
Because we hold no personal information about you from the App, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You can remove all game data at any time by deleting the App.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the App handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
