What can I buy?

Everything in the game can be earned by playing. Optional purchases are consumable: packs of crystals (used for Divine Favor refills), a Sack of Crowns for the upgrade tree, a hero level boost and a Divine Favor refill. Each is delivered once per purchase.

I bought something but it has not arrived.

If the purchase is waiting for approval (Ask to Buy), it is delivered once approved. A delivery that was interrupted after Apple completed the purchase is retried the next time the App starts, and when you choose Restore Purchases in the shop.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

All purchases are consumed when delivered, so once they have arrived they cannot be restored after deleting the App or on another device. Restore Purchases only delivers a purchase that never arrived.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I lost my progress.

Progress, stars, crowns, heroes and settings are saved on your device and are not synced to any server. They are included in your device's iCloud or computer backup. If you deleted the App or moved to a new device without restoring a backup, progress cannot be recovered.

The game is too loud, or too busy on screen.

Open Settings from the main menu to adjust music and sound volume, and turn on Reduced Effects for calmer visuals during big fights.
